You cannot place bulk orders at the IGP website directly. However, we do have corporate sales & bulk orders team which caters to bespoke and/or large gifting requirements. We can help you with bulk orders as small as 50 pieces to as large at 10,000 pieces. We currently do not provide a gift wrap option. But we provide an option to add a gift box at a nominal charge. We currently have over 10 designs of gift boxes in various sizes and shapes to suit different occasions & gift items. Hence, if you decide to add a gift box, rest assured that the recipient will have a delightful experience unboxing your gift.

There are only a few changes that we can make once you have placed an order on, depending on how soon you inform us. We generally process all our orders the same day. Once the orders are processed, it is very difficult to make any changes to the order. In general, we can make the following changes if you inform us quickly:

b.Message to the recipient – you can both add or modify a message

c.Tentative date of delivery

Changing the address of delivery is a big hassle since we work with multiple delivery partners. Hence, if you have accidentally provided the wrong address, we would suggest informing us at the earliest to rectify the address. Once the order is dispatched, we will not be able to change the delivery address.

The recipient's address and phone number are mandatory information for placing the order. This is required so that our delivery partners can do last-mile coordination with the recipient and deliver your gift without hassle & mistakes. We suggest you also provide recipients' email addresses so that if he/she is not available on the phone, we can coordinate with him/her over email for the seamless delivery of your gift.
